The client initially had a great product, but they needed more revenue-generating options. They were investing a significant amount of money on advertisements based on outdated social media posts. Upon our first meeting, we conducted thorough research on the industry, identified the target audience, and conducted an audit of their website, which was their main source of revenue. During our analysis, we discovered the following issues:

– The target audience was too narrow, focusing exclusively on couples.

We suggested incorporating celebrations, which resulted in increased revenue and a broader target audience.
– While the website looked visually appealing, it was not user-friendly. With three different outlets, navigating between them was difficult and caused inconvenience for customers.

Our recommendation was to merge the three websites into one with clear distinctions.
– The client expressed concerns about their business model being easily copied by competitors.

To enhance customer loyalty, we assisted the client in implementing an automated rewards program, which has shown significant growth.
– The client did not have a marketing plan which is common for many start-ups and small businesses.

We implemented a content plan with each ad targeted at a specific target audience. We have also leveraged on AI for content editing to improve efficiency and increase brand awareness overall.

Every month, we have also created promotions to increase sales over a 3 days period, this will create urgency for their customers to make use of the sale period.
